Healthy House has a long history of providing quality Language Services to Healthcare providers in the Central Valley. Healthy House serves prestigious Healthcare Organizations such as Mercy Medical Center Merced (MMCM) a member of Catholic Healthcare West and Merced County Department of Mental Health (MCDMH), providing Interpreting, Translating, Testing, Training and consulting for Language Servcies.

At MMCM we staff the Emergency Department with qualified and competent Healthcare Interpreters for both Spanish and Hmong. Healthy House works closely with the Hospital and Family Practice Residency Program to provide face-to-face interpreter services for Limited English Proficient (LEP) patients throughout the facility and in the various clinics. Currently we provide services in Spanish, Hmong, Lao, Mien, Punjabi, Portugese, Mandarine and Cantonese.

At MCDMH Health House provides the critical link between Behavioral Health Caregivers and patients who are unable to express themselves in English. Our Language Services Training Department trains employees in cultural brokering and mediation to improve services to diverse cultures and languages.
