Free healthcare plan enrollments. Our Certified Enrollment Counsellors are available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM to assist you with your Covered California or Medi-Cal enrollments. Walk-ins are welcome or you may schedule an appointment by calling 209-724-0102.
